Mahasati Meditation

We’ve added two new weekly Mahasati meditation practice sessions to our online offerings. Note that these are online-only sessions.

To join us on Zoom, you’ll need at least a free Zoom account and the Zoom software installed on your desktop computer, tablet, or smartphone. Please make sure your microphone is muted when you join the sessions.

Michael Bresnan, Ph.D., founder of the Mahasati Insight Meditation Association and the Centers for Mindfulness & Insight Meditation in Redding, CT, and Wenham, MA, leads our weekly Zoom offerings.

He is a licensed psychologist who has practiced insight meditation for over 30 years. Michael studied for years with Mahasati masters Luangpor Thong, Ajahn Da, and Ajahn Kamkian.

upcoming sessions

The Zoom sessions meet weekly on Monday evenings and Thursday mornings. Each session consists of 30 minutes of meditation, followed by a Dhamma reflection and a discussion period.
